This was my first home purchase, and Robert was very helpful in every step of the process! From fine-tuning my search criteria, flexible showing scheduling, pointing out positives/negatives of each home, and even helping me through the lender approval process.



Believe it or not, he actually dissuaded me from putting in offers on less-favorable properties (which is crazy because realtors generally WANT people to buy right away)! He was truly committed to ensuring that I found the home that I wanted, not necessarily what was on sale at the time.

The selling price was right around the listing price, and I didn't have to put in an outlandish offer. Due to the quick acceptance, I was able to lock-in the interest rate right before rates skyrocketing!
